JAGRIT SACHDEVA, operating WhisperingByte, is the data controller for personal data processed through this service.

Data we collect

- Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers.

- Billing data: plan, transaction records, country. Card details are handled by our payment processors and never stored by us.

- Usage data: characters generated, generation history, audio files you create or upload.

- Technical data: IP address, browser type, error diagnostics.

How we use it

To operate your account, deliver generations, enforce quotas, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share the minimum data necessary with our AI providers (for generation), payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, PayU), email delivery providers and our hosting and database infrastructure. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Generated audio is retained until you delete it or close your account.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by emailing admin@whisperingbyte.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to user records is enforced at the database level so no user can read another user's data, and provider credentials are stored encrypted.
