Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access and remaining allowance until then. No further charges are made after cancellation.

Refunds

If you are charged in error, or the service is materially unavailable for a sustained period, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction by opening a refund request from the Billing page or emailing admin@whisperingbyte.com.

Refunds are assessed against the credits actually consumed. Where a substantial portion of the plan allowance has already been used, a partial refund or no refund may apply.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-refundable

Charges older than 7 days, plans where the full character allowance has been consumed, and charges arising from breach of the Terms of Service are not refundable.
