VoiceLab is a digital AI service.

Refund requests are generally accepted only within **24 hours of purchase**, subject to eligibility and verification.

After 24 hours, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider and recorded in VoiceLab.
